Graphite pencils on A4 sized recycled sketching paper

This is my first attempt to draw a face. I used this photo for inspiration: [link]

There is still much room for improvement, but I think that for the first try it's not too bad. The face is a lot smaller than the original one and the lips are my weakest part but I think I managed to do the eyes right. I also added a neck... it looked a bit ghostly without one.
I'm practicing circus and theater related subjects for a huge and hopefully awesome project I'm planning to make.

What do you think? What should I work on most?

Nice work. The only thing I would suggest for this is to lighten and smudge the "horn" behind the face. the way you have it here looks fine but brings it to the foreground with the subject, when it should actually be in the background. Keep up the great work. :D
